First (and only) public alpha build released!

I am now making Ballast! available for everyone to play! Do note, though, that the game is still in alpha and thus nowhere close to being completed. It is, however, now in a functional, properly playable state.

Edit: This is actually the only Alpha build I've made public. Oops!
